Refund & Replacement Policy

Policy

Due to the consumable nature of tea, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Eligible Claims

Replacement or refund requests may be considered only where the wrong product was delivered, the product was damaged in transit, or the package was visibly tampered with before delivery.

Claim Process

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the outer package, inner package and affected product.

Review

Each claim is reviewed individually. Old Men Blends may approve a replacement, refund or reject the claim where evidence is insufficient.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
