Old Men Blends ships throughout India and to selected international destinations. Availability of shipping services may vary by location.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment verification. Processing times may increase during holidays, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen operational disruptions.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery timelines are:
• India: 2–8 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order value, package dimensions, and selected shipping method.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, where available.

6. Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, address corrections, or refused shipments.

7. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs inspections, public holidays, transportation disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and contents.
