3. Eligibility

Tea is a natural agricultural product. Variations in colour, aroma, flavour and leaf appearance are natural and do not constitute defects.

5. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, payment verification and fraud screening. We may cancel or refuse orders where necessary.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges apply. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

7. Shipping

Delivery estimates are indicative only and may be affected by weather, logistics, customs or force majeure events.

8. International Orders

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and ensuring tea imports comply with destination-country laws.

9. Returns

Due to the consumable nature of tea, all sales are final. Replacements or refunds may be considered only for damaged, incorrect or tampered deliveries reported within 48 hours.
